During this pilot phase:
- The platform is provided free of charge to all users.
- Eurozammen acts solely as a technical intermediary and catalog platform.
- Sellers remain fully responsible for their products, pricing, delivery, customer service, and legal compliance.
- Transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers.
- Payments are processed outside the platform, either via direct bank transfer, seller websites, or other payment methods arranged between the parties.
- Eurozammen does not process, hold, or manage any payments.
- The platform currently serves primarily as a product catalog and networking environment connecting EU-based producers and customers.
This pilot phase is temporary and aims to prepare the platform for future development, funding, and full operational launch. Additional features and integrated payment systems may be introduced at a later stage.
By using the platform, users acknowledge that Eurozammen is not a seller, reseller, or contracting party in any transaction between buyers and sellers.
